Get moving this weekend with my full body HIIT workout! For my workouts I like to use a workout timer called “Tabata” that you can download for free on the app store. It helps keep track of seconds per move, rest, and rest between sets so you don’t have to think while working out.
For your warmup of choice, it can be anything from jumping jacks to jogging in place. Just get your body warmed up for at least 2 minutes!
