Want to be super sore and waddle around all day tomorrow? I know you do! This kettlebell routine had me struggling to walk around the other day, which is always a good thing. The HIIT routine combines kettlebell strength exercises with bodyweight cardio for a full-body workout.
Each exercise is 45 seconds with a 15 second rest in-between. If you’re looking for a good app to time this out with, I use an app called “Tabata” that times everything for me and tells me when to exercise and rest.
For those wondering what kettlebell foot taps might be, simply lie the kettlebell on the ground and tap your feet quickly against it. You don’t actually need to pick up the kettlebell for this cardio exercise.
Happy Sweating!

Thanks so much for sharing this. I’m working on building a home gym at home as I can’t afford the gym. So this has definitely contributed towards getting a KB! What weight did you do with this?x

I used a 20 pound, but 15 is a good option if you need to go lighter!
