As per usual, school got the best of me and has prevented me from posting as often as I want. Since winter break starts in three days(hallelujah), I’ll be back home doing nothing, allowing me to blog as often as I want!
In the meantime, I thought I’d share with you all my favorite running routine. Truth be told, I despise running. Absolutely hate it.
But I do it because it’s such a good workout, especially HIIT. This HIIT routine gets me every time and I feel like I just ran eight miles (I’ve only ever run three in my life), even though I was only running for 25 minutes. If you’re looking to mix up your cardio routine, give this one a try. Your lungs, legs, and heart will thank me. And also probably hate me.
